There
are many reasons why loss of straightness can occur.
Since
it's nearly impossible to economically control this problem during
manufacturing, corrective straightening is typically performed
at the end of manufacturing.
The
traditional corrective straightening process usually consists
of inspecting, sorting, straightening and then reinspecting the
entire production lot. This method is not only slow, but inefficient
and expensive as well.
Benex
has redefined production shaft straightening. Instead of straightening
only selected parts, the traditional way, the entire lot can be
processed in less time, the Benex way.
The
Benex solution is to bypass the traditional labor-intensive sort-and-repair
method, and to quickly and efficiently straighten the entire lot
with the high speed Benex CSM48 Shaft
Straightening Machine.
